2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, resalable condition
• You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
• The product must not show signs of use, tampering, or damage
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

To initiate a return:

3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and an address
4. Ship the unopened product back to us at your own cost

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your return:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

5. Refund Amount

• Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error
